The cost for the 3 workshops is $40, which will directly support young women on their career paths. However, if you are experiencing financial hardships, we will accommodate you, and there is the opportunity to indicate as such in the registration.
When women come together to give and receive support, amazing things can happen. Let the great world shifts happening today, open the door to inspire your career for tomorrow.
Come join a special group of women at every point in their careers, to dream big, break down barriers, and take action on career goals. This safe space will allow women to come together and provide and receive support for one another through guided group career coaching exercises. The only rules are:

Rachel oversees the end-to-end HR function, consults on best practices with prospects and customers, and builds product content.
Her career in HR spans leadership coaching, learning and development, compensation, people analytics, and organizational design at companies such as Quantcast and Fidelity Investments.
She strives to evolve the performance management ecosystem to fulfill its ultimate goal — creating a work environment where people are enabled to be their most productive and authentic selves.
Her favorite piece of advice is “go where the energy goes,” which helps her focus her time and energy on the highest impact people initiatives.
